We’re looking for a BIG IDEA to help improve our communities! what’s yours?

Here’s the challenge: Our communities have many needs, from easing homelessness and cleaning up our parks to improving nutrition in our schools. These are all tough issues, and addressing them requires BIG ideas!

This Fall, we’re challenging students, teachers and parents from schools around the BC Lower Mainland to put their thinking caps on and send us their BIG Ideas for tackling needs they’ve identified in their community.

The need can be one within their school or one that affects their whole community at large. And the school with the BIGGEST idea will receive a $20,000 grant from Big O Tires to help bring that Big Idea to life plus $1,000 to spend any way you and your school want!

To qualify, submissions must be made by Dec 10th, 2024 on behalf of a school within the Vancouver School Board and must be sanctioned by a current faculty member with that school.

So put those thinking caps on and give us your Big Idea… and we’ll help make it happen!
