A co-op is born

Independent dealers band together as a tire-buying cooperative - volume pricing to compete with the manufacturers' own stores. That was the start of the Big O Tires brand.

1978

Big O comes to BC

Big O Tires (1978) Ltd. is formed, bringing the model to British Columbia - a track record here that now spans 40+ years.

1996

Joining forces

Big O joins forces with TBC Corporation - more buying power behind every independently owned store.
